Every phrase of The Arrangement shall be construed individually and in case a court or other human body of skilled jurisdiction decides that any Section of The Arrangement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable then that portion might be severed from the rest in the Settlement, that can continue in whole force and impact on the fullest extent permitt
